Paloma was spot on with everything and was very efficient. I was there for two hours, which I think was a little long to get an oil change and tire rotation but I have been treated exceptional wel efficient. I must say that when I called for the appt, I only gave my name as Mrs Frailey, bought my Malibu in November and whoever was on the other end of the phone had my car pulled up on just that along. I always have every confidence that David and the service team will take the very best care of my car.
