Well, when I told them that it was a courtesy oil change (I just bought my truck 3 months ago) they didn’t looked excited. 2 day after I found out that they even filled the wiper fluid tank. So that means that they didn’t check any other things that a regular oil change service include. I have to say that this is the first time this happens to me but is not nice for a customer that just bought 2 trucks in less than 6 months at the dealership. More

had my truck for 8 months and said they "forgot" to change my oil. had my tires 20psi below where they were supposed to be. charged me for an alignment they didn't do and body shop didn't put my vehicl change my oil. had my tires 20psi below where they were supposed to be. charged me for an alignment they didn't do and body shop didn't put my vehicle back the way they were supposed to and now after having my truck for 8 months I have to go back and get it all corrected More
