We've bought three cars from Charlie White so far. About the Versa. We LOVED the Versa we bought two cars ago, but are disappointed that the design has changed in the back and the trunk shortened. Also preferred the fabric choices in the previous Versa that were black with some threads of blue running through it. Your seats are ultra comfortable, love all the drink holders and plush quality of even your less expensive cars. You have a winning sales force and product. This was the 1st service visit for my 2011 Versa. So impressed with the process beginning with the appointment set-up through servicing. Staff is professional yet extremely friendly. Since my May 2011 Versa purchase I've recommended my sales person, Anthony, and this dealership numerous times. My brother since purchased a vehicle from Anthony and just the other day my best friend along with her husband stopped by to check out vehicles. They were also impressed with the dealership. It was important to me this dealership have a strong service center as I rely heavily on the service dept for service reminders, etc. I am extremely pleased with my purchase, sales and service. Completely puzzled this time at dealership. Had made an appointment and employee greeting us did not ask us who we were or why we were there. I told him that we had an appointment for service and he said appointment and employee greeting us did not ask us who we were or why we were there. I told him that we had an appointment for service and he said have a seat. Generally there would be some question re air filter etc but there was no questions or paperwork. In addition as we were heading toward the showroom the employee holding our key fob said he needed our keys to start our Murano. I told him what to do. A salesman said he was new and I made the comment that he should have been trained to start these cars. After service I asked a mechanic if he new the status of our Murano and how did the service go he said he didnt do our service and brushed us off. Up until now we have really liked Townsend Nissan, the staff, sales and service. Now I am somewhat concerned. I dont expect a whole lot nowadays but courteous service and professionalism should not be disregarded. Think you and Regards More
I have been requesting information from muncie nissan on a juke, I have yet to speak with anyone from the dealer. I received a message stating that they would contact me.This was over a month ago. I had a very nice expereience. There was no pressure to buy or to buy more than what I could afford regardless of financing. I came in and told Joe what I was looking for and he was VERY helpful and took buy or to buy more than what I could afford regardless of financing. He really helped keep me in my price range. This was the best experience I've ever had with purchasing a car - I will definitely be back for future purchases! Also --- I live in Kettering so it's a bit far for service but because of this great experience - I'm willing to travel to get service from Beau Townsend -- now the tires for life program is a driving factor but to be completely honest - if I wanted to get service closer to home I would and buy my own tires when needed but because my experience was so great - I'm willing to put in the extra miles to come to Vandalia for service. We wanted a Transit Connect XLT premium. Knowing they were going to be very difficult to find, I did an inventory search at home and your dealership was the only one in the Dayton area that had one on or were going to be very difficult to find, I did an inventory search at home and your dealership was the only one in the Dayton area that had one on order, so we started our search with Beau Townsend. We worked with Justin and he did an extensive search of 300 Ford dealers in the tristate area, to see if any Transits were to be had that were equipped like we wanted. There were none so we decided to wait for the one you had on order. Justin gave us updates week to week and told us he was going on vacation and he was turning us over to Joe Petty while he was gone. Joe called us about a week later to let us know the truck was here. We went in the next day and drove it home. About 4 days later the bank we had the loan thru, called me to say that they don't make loans on commercial vehicles so I called Kevin, told him my dilemma and he found financing for me in 15 minutes. Yes, my husband and I are very pleased with the way we were treated by your dealership, and we love the Transit! We will probably see you when it is time to replace the Pathfinder! Thank-you!! More
