Dealership sold me a vehicle during the middle of a blizzard, and even with declining conditions outside they never rushed me or made me feel unwelcome. My wife recently had an accident, and we were in the market for a new car. After visiting various dealerships in the area, we decided that Nissan was the way we would go. We came back to this Nissan dealer because of the friendliness and ease of shopping experience that we encountered when we were first looking. They were not overbearing and allowed us the opportunity to see for ourselves just how good the vehicle was without all the excessive information that many customers really don't want to hear first thing. In the end, Corey was very hepful in completing the purchase process, and he did a good job not to make me (the husband) feel like he was trying to take advantage of me when it came to final purchase price or pushing to get me into a car just to make the sale. He was confident in his information, and he did a great job of just being a "friend" to help us get what we needed. We will indeed give him a five-star rating, along with the dealership up to this point in time. I am never locked in to buying a certain make or model. I have had great luck with Nissan and was glad to find out Charlie moved back there. I have a 2010 Ford Focus that has been a disappointment in how it has performed and the response to it's issues from BT. You are going to lose a valuable commodity when Charlie retires.
