My husband and I bought our Jeep Wrangler today and had the best experience I have ever had when buying a car (and I have bought quite a few over the years). Jason was very nice and helpful, always trying the best experience I have ever had when buying a car (and I have bought quite a few over the years). Jason was very nice and helpful, always trying to make our experience the best and he did a great job of it. Both Jason and Helen were very personable, felt like family. Helen did a great job at helping us get the best interest rate available to us, which was a pleasant surprise! I will recommend them to everyone I know that is looking to buy a car and even those who aren't. I purchased an Altima from Beau Townsend in 2005 and have been very pleased with the car. I came into the dealship with my elderly parents to see if they could get into the Rogue w/o difficulty but they had been very pleased with the car. I came into the dealship with my elderly parents to see if they could get into the Rogue w/o difficulty but they had trouble. Met Matt Badger and talked with im about different vehicles. Left with the idea of getting back to him. Then snow, illness and extreme cold weather hit. In the meantime, I researched Ford, Kia and Hyundai' and considered the Sentra. Matt & I had spoken a few time and then he called me a week ago and mentioned the Java Altima but I had my heart set on red. When weather finally broke to some decent temp, I made up my mind that I would get out and drive both Sentra and check out the Java color. Last Sat that happened, I loved the car and how it was equipped as well at the 0% financing. I work for a company that promotes customer service heavily. Matt's customer service skills are excellent. I have recommended him and Nissan to a co-worker who is also looking for a new car. More
I usually cringe at the thought of going to a car lot to purchase a vehicle due to being absolutely bombarded with Sales People. This dealership is totally different. It was a very extremely cold day and I had called in regards to a certified Nissan Xterra that I had viewed on the Internet, called and spoke with Corey Jones and he was most helpful. Went to the dealership, which for me is 2 hours away from my home, and asked for Corey. He came out and I told him who I was and that I was there to look at the Xterra and also I was interested in the Rogue as well. He got the keys to both vehicles and I test drove them both. Got back to the dealership and could not make up my mind on which one I liked the most. He did not ever pressure me, he pointed out all the details of both vehicles and stood out in the absolute freezing weather for I would say was probably about and hour or more and helped me to decide. He was fantastic. Once I made up my mind we went in and started the paperwork which took no time at all. then I saw the finance dept, Helen Smith, she was fantastic as well. All in all this was absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a car lot. KUDOS to Corey Jones and Helen Smith for making my car buying experience great. Even though I live 2 hours from this dealership, I will return for future car or truck purchases. More
We really wanted to deal with a Local Dealership, keeping it in the neighborhood. We began our journey very cautious, due to a bad experience in the past with a different Dealership. We truly liked Nissan and thought it would be the perfect fit for us. Jeff Cooley as our Sales Rep, earned our trust and we truly feel he had our best interest at heart…. It then continued with the team brought together to complete the purchase Jason Shellenberger , Arash Khatibloo and Helen Smith. As our new partnership begins and investment made, I hope that our experience stays true; we will be back, as well as referring friends, family, co-workers and clients. I have visited the dealership a couple of time with my girlfriend while having her car serviced. During a visit the last week in December, we spoke with Ron Quillan in the hallway. We had a discussion about various things and he told me there were some deals on the remaining 2013's. As I pondered coming back and talking to him, the weather turned bad every weekend. This past Friday we drove thru the lot after you were closed. We came back on Saturday, business was slow and everyone was great. We spotted Jeff Cooley when we pulled in and went in to see him. He showed me several option of new and used and pulled 2 cars in for me to look at. I decided to test drive the 2013 Altima. Upon return, the place was hopping with business, but everyone continued to be very friendly. We here offered hospitality along with the friendly service. As Jeff pulled stock, Ron checked to see if we needed anything. After working out the details, I met with Arash Khatibloo who was the BEST fiance person I have every dealt with. He was upfront and honest about everything and always willing to show me whatever I wanted to see on the monitor (different financing comparisons, etc...) no secrets made me feel comfortable with what I was doing. The car was prepped for me to leave with it while I was in with Arash. With the finance component complete, Jeff went over EVERY detail of the car, and answered every question I had. I felt confident leaving the dealership. No, I am not going to remember everything he showed me, but he did show me in the references where I can find what I need to know. I did look at some of the information and they are well written....for a USER. I look forward to my relationship with BT Nisson and thanks for the insulated mugs also. I will say it again, overall this was the best experience I have ever had in a dealership and never felt uneasy. The entire staff was warm and friendly. I can't say enough! More

Repeat buyer, got such good service and great mileage out of my first Nissan decided to try another Nissan. My experience was great at the Beau Townsend dealership. My husband had spoken to Damon prior to us arriving at the dealership, so he was aware that we were looking for a Rogue. We drove to the dealership from Cincinnati and when we pulled up to the building we noticed a pearl white Rogue parked right by the front door. Me and my husband both laughed and said either someone is buying our car or Damon is on it. We walked in the lobby and were quickly greeted and asked if we needed help. Damon came out and introduced himself. He was very professional and full of life. We have been car shopping for about two months and have never met a salesman like Damon. He was very confident and an experience salesman. Damon was willing to answer all of our questions without irritation. A dealership in Cincinnati was very unprofessional to me and irritated when I asked ask questions. Our experience was also positive with Jim Morris and ken Embrick. They both had a sense of humor and made us feel welcomed. I can truly say that all of the staff were professional and real. There was one mishaps with the paperwork, however Damon traveled to our home to correct the mistake. This made my experience more enjoyable. Kudos to all of those involved, it is great when you can still get great customer service, which is lacking in some Nissan dealerships! More
