We feel we were treated cordially. All questions were adequately addressed. Jennifer did everything in her power to give us all the information we needed. It was late in the day for everyone but Helen Smith made the final paper work pleasant. She is an out standing individual. During our first contact with Jennifer, we learned that she was relatively new at this dealership. A couple of weeks later it became obvious how adept she had become in her sales position. Not only did he answer our questions honestly, but never was overbearing or pushed the sale of the car. To us, he and the management of Beau Townsend Nissan went above and beyond to provide my husband and I with the best offer to keep us local. In addition, the dealership had a wide variety of new cars that made it helpful in deciding which car and what features were important to us. And with our late in the evening sale, Damon made sure our new vehicle was cleaned to perfection and took the time to go over the new features despite the cold Ohio weather. Overall, Damon is down to earth and truly cares about who he is selling the cars too, not just to make a sale. Everything was excellent!!! The car that I wanted was not in stock, and Corey Jones informed me as soon as it came in. Plus he talked to me several times to let me know the delivery status. Professional behavior. Both Mike and the finance lady were quite nice. The transaction was done quickly and with minimal problems. I was able to test two vehicles and found the Sentra to my liking.
