I'm in a bad situation and had a very hard time getting financed. Other dealers turned their nose up at me, I wasn't worth their time. One other dealer was happy to get me financed on high-priced cars at h financed. Other dealers turned their nose up at me, I wasn't worth their time. One other dealer was happy to get me financed on high-priced cars at huge interest rates....this is how consumers end up in trouble. But it wasn't like that at Beau Townsend. I found the car I'd been looking for on their website, but they are over an hour away. Salesman Neal was friendly and helpful, took the time to show me the features I was interested in on the car, and Tom in finance worked hard to get me a deal. Happily, there was no xx when I arrived at the store....they had the car waiting for me and the deal was ready to be signed. I'm very happy with my new car, and with how this business treated me. More

Sold my wife an extended warranty, wheel bearing went out. We called the service department, they said 2 weeks until they could get it in. Wife uses car for work, 2 weeks is unacceptable. They wouldn't o out. We called the service department, they said 2 weeks until they could get it in. Wife uses car for work, 2 weeks is unacceptable. They wouldn't offer us a loaner car or offer to pay for the rental car with the extended warranty. The wife bought tires from them at her last oil change. They promised her free tire rotation. At the last call for oil change they asked her if she wanted a tire rotation. She mentioned the free rotation, they told her they dont offer free rotation ever. These people lie to make sales. They sell you worthless warranties and services. I will never purchase another vehicle from them. Avoid the extended warranty at all cost. They wont honor it. More
