Both of the technicians were very professional. I had a problem with one area and that was when I made my appointment I was not informed of the matter in which I could pay. The men and women that actually deal with customers are very polite, professional, and (appear to be) helpful. The quality check process however needs an overhaul. I was informed that Beau Townsend service center performs a longer road test (9 or 10 miles, was told both so don’t know which is factual) than that which is required by ford (5 miles “no wait I think it’s only 3 miles”). Awesome, super, way to go above and beyond.. when I immediately pick up my truck after an engine repair and the check engine light is on, someone didn’t do their job. Additionally who rotates tires and doesn’t make sure they’re balanced? This is the last $500 I will ever spend at Beau Townsend. 3 vehicles purchased, a new engine when I blew mine at 16, more oil changes than I can count. This was a ridiculous experience and I’ve lost all trust. More
