We purchased our new Lincoln Town Car from another dealership three hours from our home. The A/C did not seem to be working correctly. We call Beau Townsend and were given an appointment promptly...no questions about where the car was purchased, etc. They were ready to service the car when we arrived at the appointment time. Eugene was courteous and listened to our problems. The wait was very reasonable and the waiting area comfortable. Gene explained what appeared to be the problem and they had taken action to correct. We were asked to return for a follow up in three weeks to insure there were no leaks in the A/C line. We did that today and received the same great service. I would recommend Beau Townsend to friends. Gene and everyone we dealt with were very nice. More
We always take our car and truck here for service. They do a great job. They are friendly, courteous, efficient and get the job done in a timely manner. Today we had an urgent need as our brakes were exper do a great job. They are friendly, courteous, efficient and get the job done in a timely manner. Today we had an urgent need as our brakes were experiencing a problem that came on with no warning while we were driving this morning. They got us in right away, quickly found the problem and had us back on our way in about 4 hours. Since we live nearly 30 miles from the dealership and only one of us is able to drive they even gave us a loaner car so we could finish our errands and have lunch. There are other dealerships closer to us, but Beau Townsend has the best service and we would never take our vehicles anywhere else. More

I am planning to buy new all season tires for my Flex from BT thru Jack as your prices are better than Tire Rack and far less hassle. Also bought my Flex as well and as F350 from Mike Turner and was absolutely great in every wasy! Thanks to both of them. More
Went in for a scheduled oil change. The service tech who greeted us when we pulled in didn't even say "hello", didn't look at us, and asked do you have an appointment? We purchased our 1st Lincoln from Beau Townsend, 2011 MKX. We have had problems with the sync system & usb from day one and at times our back up camera will be so fuzzy you can not see what is behind the MKX. We have had problems with the sync system & usb from day one and at times our back up camera will be so fuzzy you can not see what is behind the vehicle. We have taken it in 4 times for this issue and it is the same no improvements. Our sync system is extremely noisey so much so the person on the other end can not hear / understand what you are saying. We are being told this is "within the normal limits" for this vehicle. We wanted to see if all MKX's sounded the same so we drove several off the lot at Beau Townsend they do not have this extreme noise. We even called Jamie from the MKX's which he agreed they did not have the extreme wind noise we have. We also called Jamie after our sync system was supposedly fixed, he could not hear us when we used it so had to call him back NOT using the sync system - how can they say this is normal ? We are unable to use our sync system at this point. After 2nd time taking the vehicle in for this problem we were told by Jamie 'we will make this right". those were just words. This is not true, they have not made this right and now are saying this is "normal" for this vehicle. At this time we are exploring other avenues to get this resolved. We purchased a new vehicle and expect all the options we paid for to work. This has been a very unpleasant experience and would have never thought we would have to be dealing with this on our own.
