Been a Beau Townsend Ford customer for 16 years. I have been personally responsible for myself; friends and family purchasing 9 vehicles. Took my truck for A/C repair to their quick lane service cen I have been personally responsible for myself; friends and family purchasing 9 vehicles. Took my truck for A/C repair to their quick lane service center. They replaced my compressor and charged me $1,400. It quit working, took it back they wanted to charge me an additional $900 for a leak. When complained they basically bullied me. Called their General Manager "Jamie Spencer" and he did not bother to call me back. Was getting ready to purchase a new truck. "It will not be from Beau Townsend" Nor will they ever service another one of my vehicles. M Disney More

I scheduled an appointment for 8am, when I arrived I was told there was only one tech scheduled for the day and that the others were on vacation or at Ford Training. I was told the tech had to finish the cars from the previous day before he could start mine. My car wasn’t started until 1245 and I got a call around 4pm that if I wanted them to finish looking at my rear windshield wiper issue I’d have to leave my car over the weekend. I was very disappointed that the service was unable to be completed and I needed my car for the weekend so I had to tell them to not complete the analysis. Had a loaner vehicle been offered I wouldn’t have been as frustrated, however because it wasn’t warranty or a recall one was not offered to me (I was offered a $79/day rental). More
