We appreciate the way we were given attention as soon as we entered the facility. Katelyn, our Service Consultant, was not only attentive to our concerns but thoroughly explained and documented the inspec we entered the facility. Katelyn, our Service Consultant, was not only attentive to our concerns but thoroughly explained and documented the inspection process for us. Throughout the time we waited for the inspection to be completed, she kept us updated. We also brought a second vehicle with us that we had a concern with. Even though we didn't have an appointment to have it inspected until the following week, Katelyn arranged to have it inspected also while we waited, and even scheduled for it to be repaired while we were there! Please get a couple stools or chairs for the drop off / service advisor area. I had to stand there for 30 minutes while they figured out if it was warranty and then correct the bill from $2400 to $50. I service advisor area.
