The men and women that actually deal with customers are very polite, professional, and (appear to be) helpful. The quality check process however needs an overhaul. I was informed that Beau Townsend service center performs a longer road test (9 or 10 miles, was told both so don’t know which is factual) than that which is required by ford (5 miles “no wait I think it’s only 3 miles”). Awesome, super, way to go above and beyond.. when I immediately pick up my truck after an engine repair and the check engine light is on, someone didn’t do their job. Additionally who rotates tires and doesn’t make sure they’re balanced? This is the last $500 I will ever spend at Beau Townsend. 3 vehicles purchased, a new engine when I blew mine at 16, more oil changes than I can count. This was a ridiculous experience and I’ve lost all trust. More

Took my 2020 F250 into Service Department for a windshield washer fluid leak coming from the camera in the front grill. I explained the problem, including the exact location of the leak and referen windshield washer fluid leak coming from the camera in the front grill. I explained the problem, including the exact location of the leak and referenced the Ford Service Bulletin that I located on line that explained the problem and suggested corrective measures. Was notified late in the afternoon of the first day and was advised that the technician was not able to recreate the problem and could the vehicle be left with them over night which I agreed to. Approximately mid afternoon of the second day, I was contacted by the assigned service advisor and advised that they were still unable to replicate the problem. Was advised that if the problem occurred within the next 30 days I could bring it back and they would wave the Diagnostic charge and related shop fees which was acceptable. Arrived at the dealership the following afternoon, paid the balance due and was told my vehicle would be pulled around front. As I was walking around the front of the truck, I noticed washer fluid dripping from behind the grill. The lot valet pulled the vehicle into the drop off lane, Kayla was notified, the tech was assigned to the work order and was able to verify the problem and effect the repair which was covered by my extended warranty, and luckily the needed parts were in stock, so win win! Paid my second bill, Kayla charged it to my Ford Pass point balance, so I had no additional out of pocket so to speak and was on my way home in 90 minutes as promised. While it eventually became a 2.5 day event, the problem was fixed. The service at this dealership are great folks and will go the extra distance without hesitation. Always recommend Beau Townsend Ford to anyone if asked for a testimonial. More
