When I showed up to Beau Townsend, I was immediately greeted with friendly people. I have purchased two vehicles from there before and everytime, I am impressed with the level of quality provided by th greeted with friendly people. Everyone is friendly and courteous and are they are not pushy. Actually, I think they do a tremendous job at finding exactly what you are looking for and fitting you into something in a price range which is acceptable to you. I got a GREAT deal on my trade and even managed to get every incentive/rebate which I was qualified for to get the best deal I could. I would recommend going to this dealership above any other Ford lot in the Dayton area. They had the selection I was looking for and the means to find exactly what I wanted without having to worry about looking at things I wasn't interested in. We purchased our new Lincoln Town Car from another dealership three hours from our home. The A/C did not seem to be working correctly. We call Beau Townsend and were given an appointment promptly...no questions about where the car was purchased, etc. They were ready to service the car when we arrived at the appointment time. Eugene was courteous and listened to our problems. The wait was very reasonable and the waiting area comfortable. Gene explained what appeared to be the problem and they had taken action to correct. We were asked to return for a follow up in three weeks to insure there were no leaks in the A/C line. We did that today and received the same great service.
