I first found this truck on the internet, called Jeff made sure the price was as advertised, and it was, he sent me the credit app, I was approved, used my air miles to fly there, Jeff picked us up at the airport, he had all the papers ready to sign, we were in and out driving home in about 1 hr. He refered me to Mark Lindenhauer in Sales, who was incredibly thorough, patient and helpful as I walked through the process of selecting my car. Ken Emrick in Finance so efficiently processed all the paperwork for my loan and even called me yesterday to let me know he was able to secure a rebate on my GAP insurance from the Nissan. I also received a wonderful follow-up phone call from Justin Jacobs offering any support I might need on my new sync system. VERY personal touches from the entire staff I dealt with. By chance ran into Mike Cole at dealership. I had bought two cars and two trucks from him, and both of our kids had purchased a car and truck also.
