We stopped by on Tuesday and talked to Mark and told him we would return Thursday which we did. He was 100% helpful, pleasant, and accommodating to all requests and questions we had. We chose a 2013 Ford we would return Thursday which we did. He was 100% helpful, pleasant, and accommodating to all requests and questions we had. We chose a 2013 Ford Escape which later found out was sold in a fleet. We then took a 2012 off the showroom floor and we are quite pleased. I have already recommended Mark to my sister who is casually looking at an Escape in the near future. His 20 years experience serves him and his customers well. No pressure sales and that is what makes him a winning salesman. More

I went to look at the new 2013 Escapes. I had seen the 20913 at the car Show in Dayton. They only had two 2013 Escapes on the lot so he ordered ours. I wanted red and they didn't have one. He went over ev 20913 at the car Show in Dayton. They only had two 2013 Escapes on the lot so he ordered ours. I wanted red and they didn't have one. He went over everything on ordereing and what we wanted. When we picked it up he went over everything on the Escape. When we were ready to leave he told me to call about any questions that I had. I also brought at Beau Townsend because they have an excellent maintance shop. They also are close to where we live.
