I have given this rating to Beautownsend because we have done business with them for thirty years and have never been disappointed. Prices on both new and used vehicles has always been great and the service done business with them for thirty years and have never been disappointed. Would not recommend at all! Dishonest! Problem #1-The price on the truck we were looking at on the lot showed that it had been reduced however on-line the price listed was the reduced price. The sales person said that they would not go any lower because it was the sales price but on-pine that was the asking price and not a "sale" price. Problem #2-They advertise that they will beat any trade in offer-NOT TRUE!! When we asked our salesperson about the trade in offer they had given us and why it was not more than the other FORD dealership we had been he just stated he doesn't write the ad's, and gave no further explanation. Problem #3-Just pure arrogance! Would NEVER step foot on this lot again! More
Our Salesman was Justin Jacobs. He is outstanding. He explained everything we needed to know about the new vehicle. Every interaction with your dealership has been a great experience. Mark has the patience of a saint. From your website, I narrowed my choice down to 12 cars. Then I left my list at the office. He took me thru each version the S-SE-SEL and Sport until I narrowed it down to 3. Test drove the likely candidate, and then changed my mind again. He made me feel as though my purchase was all that mattered, and no matter how long it took, we would get thru it. He didn't try to pressure me into one or the other, he really listened to what what important to me. The end result is that I have a car I absolutely love. I bought a used car from him about a year ago, so I have also dealt with your service department. I must add that they have the same high standard of customer service. Everyone, even the finance department, was outstanding. Any employee I passed, always smiled and spoke, and made sure I was being helped. I would recommend (and I already have) to anyone and everyone. I always say that your entire dealership is *exceptional*. I'll be back to buy again, I can say that with certainty. More
We were greeted upon entering Beau Townsend Ford immediately. My husband had e-mailed the dealership earlier and had gotten a response from a representative. That salesman was called away, so we dealt with Johnny. After returning from a test-drive, Johnny went over the sales information with us. He was friendly, but not high pressuring. He went over pricing,trade-in,car functions with us...he even put my phone in the sync. system. Kevin Berger went over the financing and warranty information. He,too, was friendly and non-pressuring. We were treated with respect and friendliness by others as we waited for the car to be readied for our car to be ready to bring home. They wanted to make sure that we had been helped. The price was good and they gave us an additional $1000 on the trade-in from the original offer. We were treated well; we do have a 2012 red Ford Escape sitting in our driveway. Thank you.
