I came in and was very pleasantly greeted by Donovan. He offered his assistance to get the keys to take the car for a test drive. Chris provided all the details of the contract and spoke at a level where there were no questions for us to ask. After completing the paper work, Donovan took us back to finish up a few things and then took us out to my new car. He showed me the features of the car and took the time to program my cell phone. When I showed my friend my new car I learned the Cheverolet dealer didn't even help her get hers set up. I was able to help her because of the assistance I got from Donovan. I was also impressed when I received a call from your dealership to make sure I was doing okay and to see if everything was working the way it should be and told me to call if a I needed anything. When we pulled in the lot, Larry stood right there waiting for us waving his hand. He asked which car we were interested in and within 5 minutes we were on a test drive.
