It was very hard for me to walk onto a Ford dealerships lot being from a GM familiy. But seeing how GM has done their employees I had to move on. I researched many different vehicles and found the Escape a lot being from a GM familiy. But seeing how GM has done their employees I had to move on. I thought I would be going to test drive and move on but as soon as I met Johnny we clicked I liked him because he was not to pushy and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I was amazed at the number of vehicles you had on your lot. I had printed out a car that I saw on line from your inventory I showed it to Johnny and he went right to it. I drove the car and loved it and when I came back we made the deal. Since I bought the car he called me to find out if there were any problems or issues and I told him I'm having problems with the Bluetooth and I'm coming in to meet with him and another salesman to figure it out. I feel he really is sincere and he isn't there just to make the sale and move on. I'm so happy that I chose Beau Townsend and I chose Ford and I am looking forward to a long relationship with your dealership. I will and have already recommended your dealership. More
