After looking several places for the car I wanted, a 2013 fusion titanium, and having no luck jus july and was hoping things would be different here. Joe was very helpful in finding the Fusion with the features we wanted and providing different cars for us to look at for comparative purposes. I want to first tell you about my experience at my local dealer. I went to my local dealer first where I found their lack of new car inventory disappointing. I really wanted to test drive a Fusion Hybrid dealer. I went to my local dealer first where I found their lack of new car inventory disappointing. I really wanted to test drive a Fusion Hybrid but they didn't have anything to drive I asked them several questions and since they didn't have what I wanted they tried to fit me in to what they had on their lot. I found that irritating and frustrating. Beau Townsend experience, I then called Beau Townsend where I talked to Justin Jacobs on the phone and he invited me in to see the cars and get some answers on the hybrid technology. Upon my arrival at Beau I was blown away at the friendliness of the staff, I met with Justin where I found him very pleasant to work with and answered my questions regarding the Ford Fusion Hybrid. Since my wife was at home in Troy, with our newborn. Justin let me test drive 2 cars a fusion 1.6L and a fusion hybrid. I drove each home that late afternoon to let her see them and drive them around the block. After driving the hybrid it was clear that was our choice. After taking it back I went home to discuss things with my wife, I went back the next day even though Justin was very busy I chose to wait because I didn't really make an appointment with him anyways. He offered if I would like to drive it again while I waited. Bottom line I could go on and on but I felt that Beau Townsend not only wanted my business they also wanted to get me in the right car based on my needs and wants. Awsome staff and awsome knowledge!
