My husband and I were very pleased with our experience. I came to look at new F150's with the crew cab. Justin showed us numerous new trucks, helped us compare the different types of F150's, and answered num came to look at new F150's with the crew cab. Justin showed us numerous new trucks, helped us compare the different types of F150's, and answered numerous questions about each vehicle. When we decided that the new trucks were not going to work for us, Justin then took us to the used trucks and helped us in the same way that he did with the new trucks. I decided that I wanted the 2011 F150 Platinum crew cab. Justin was willing to work with us on the price and we came to an agreement. I had some concerns about the vehicle's appearance and smoke odor but he assured us it would be taken care of. When we picked up the truck, it looked brand new. We are still working to clear the odor, but Justin and J.R. are working with us. We have shopped here since 1999 and have now purchased a total of four vehicles. We have purchased around 10 vehicles from Mike Turner, he is always very helpful and listens to our needs and expectations. However, out of 10 vehicles, we did get one lemon (not Mikes fault.) Our 2007 F-35 is always very helpful and listens to our needs and expectations. However, out of 10 vehicles, we did get one lemon (not Mikes fault.) Our 2007 F-350, after 3 motors and many expensive repairs, oil cooler, injectors, water cooler, we couldn't take any more. If any car fits the lemon law, that one did. We still come back to Beau Townsend Ford, for there service, and Mike Turner. More
