I called on a truck that I saw on the website and talked to Johnny Gibson, who answered all my questions I had at that time. Went in to look at a used Fusion, but after talking with Mr. Khatibloo and going over all my options, he informed me that I would be eligible for a new car loan. I had a heart attack and bypass surgery, this ment my wife who had knee surgery had to do all the driving. Because of the size ofthe Escape she was in severe pain from getting in and out. I returned in March and traded for a Focus I didn't feel like barganing and Mike took full advantage of my condition. I was not going to come back to your agency but saw the car I wanted on the net and gave you one more try because I liked the Ford Focus. More
