My wife and I visited the dealership during the Holiday weekend. Although the dealership appeared to be very busy, my wife and I were constantly assisted throughout the process very professionally by the s weekend. The "teamwork" of Tim and Jack was particularly impressive. My wife and I received the appropriate amount of attention from the sales "team" as well as enough "private time" alone to consult each other as we decided from the various makes/models of vehicles that we considered. We were able to test drive various makes/models very quickly. My wife and I greatly appreciate the significant amount of time the Jamie Spencer spent with us. Jamie's decision making was immediate and was communicated directly and clearly. We especially appreciated Jamie's offer for us to take the vehicle home for the night (which we did). The "decision making process" was simple and easy. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, the "closing" process was very quick and easy. Ken reviewed all of the paper work with us very thoroughly, efficiently and professionally. Tim showed us how to operate various features of the vehicle before we drove away. Regarding the price, we did feel as though we received the best price available. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly, professional and responsive to our needs. More

Mike Turner is a GREAT salesman. My whole family has been buying cars from Mike since 1988 and now my wife and I thought we would go see him. We live about 2 hours away from the dealership and the drive was buying cars from Mike since 1988 and now my wife and I thought we would go see him. We live about 2 hours away from the dealership and the drive was well worth it. We bought a GREAT Ford Edge making this around the 10th vehicle my family has bought from Mike. Mike was able to work with our budget and the trade in we had to be able to keep our monthly payments where we wanted them to be. We had a few minor issues with the EDGE and he was able to have them taken care of the by the time we were done with the paperwork. We had very nice expensive floor mats (Weather Tech) in the truck we traded in, and the dealership wasn’t interested in them so he gave them back to us. Some how we forgot one of the mats in the truck, he mailed the one floor mat back to us being we lived two hours away.
