While looking at their inventory my wife spotted a sunset copper 2014 Ford Fusion and fell in love. We started talking to our salesman, Mike Turner, and started discussing colors and options. My wife was looking at two specific colors, the sunset copper, and the deep impact blue, which was the lesser expensive of the two. Mike informed us that usually the first color a person pick's is the one that they will be the most happy with. So after some fantastic customer service from our salesman, Mike Turner, used car sales manager, Jason Pemberton, and finance manager, Kevin Berger, my wife and I were on our way home with a sunset copper, 2014 Ford Fusion SE, and we love it. I started out working Jeanine Bussard via the Internet and email. Jeanine was quick to respond to our questions, but respected our privacy. When we found the vehicle we wanted at another Ford dealer, I and email. Jeanine was quick to respond to our questions, but respected our privacy. When we found the vehicle we wanted at another Ford dealer, I contacted her and within 3 hours she had the vehicle at Beau Townsend. We were stunned and impressed by how quickly she acted on our request. That was amazing service! Unfortunately Jeanine was out sick when we got to the dealer the next day to make the purchase. But Joe Petty was ready and waiting to step in and help us complete the sale. Joe took the time to step us through every detail of the vehicle, got our trade-in evaluated while we test drove the new vehicle, and was waiting for us when we got back. He made sure we met the Sales Manager and Larry Taylor, which brought a personal touch to the sales event. While we worked with the finance department, Joe took it upon himself to go through our trade-in one more time and found a couple items we had left in it. The parking pass for my wife would have been a problem had Joe not found it for us. Once the paperwork was completed, Joe took us out to the new vehicle, walked us through the vehicle one last time, and sent us on our way. The entire Townsend team made the process quick and easy. I went to "look" into trading my current pick up truck for a newer model preferably a F-150 Ecoboost.
