Doing business with Justin was a pleasure. We were not too happy with the dealership or the deal we were offered at Interstate as I recall...very typical. At the time it felt like a number crunching exercise...not the kind of relationship we were looking for. After years of going foreign we were interested in a Ford, so we happened to drive by your dealership last weekend. On Sunday, to avoid the typical shark salesmen! And when I saw someone approach I was dreading the interaction. Justin came up, very u assuming and friendly, not trying to pressure us but trying to understand what we wanted so that he could accommodate us! Imagine that.... not the usual interaction. Anyway, he was friendly, informative, helpful and with a true customer service attitude. That sealed the deal and 48 hrs later we drove home with a brand new Focus Hatchback. My wife of 48 yrs was behind the wheel of a bright red hatchback feeling like a racer and so happy I can't describe! I began dealing with Beau Townsend Ford in 2004 and what has kept me there as a loyal customer is the Service Department. After I explained my needs he took me right to the vehicle I was looking for and all of the items I wanted in a replacement vehicle were in the 2010 Explorer I bought. The Finance specialist got me the best interest on the loan that I have ever seen. I am confident that my new Explorer will continue to run well with the Service Department maintaining it for me. The E-350 we were looking for was found on-line,I called the dealership concerning this van and talked to a very courtious and helpfull sales associate. He met us courtiously and very warmly upon arrival and showed us the two vans that he had.Upon choosing the one we liked we took it for a test drive. We then went to the office to do the paperwork all the sales people were very friendly . They did their best to try and send the van with us that day but we were unable to get a PO because it was friday and a holiday weekend. They have offered to deliver the van and pick up the trade- in when the PO is issued. This is very much appreciated and will save us a lot of time. With what I have seen so far I would not hesitate to return or recomend this Dealership. More

Found the 2013 Ford Fusion 2.0l SE that I wanted, enjoyable experience, able to answer ALL of my questions. Although the vehicle I picked did not come with leather interior, Justin made it happen an enjoyable experience, able to answer ALL of my questions. Although the vehicle I picked did not come with leather interior, Justin made it happen and is in the shop as I type this having the work completed. This was the third new vehicle purchase we have made in our family in about a year, and was by far the best. From driving up to the dealership to driving out with my new 2013 Ford Fusion, the entire process only took a few short hours and was seamless. Thumbs up to the folks at Beau Townsend!!! More
