Beau Townsend's reputation brought me to the door for the first time. We were looking for a Focus for my daughter and we were handled with a great deal of respect from the sales staff. Ultimately we choose a different brand but the experience from BTF was very positive. Well, less than a year later, I was out looking at new cars for myself and stopped in to check out a new Fusion. This time it was on my lunch hour so I didn't have a great deal of time to spend. I was greeted by Dave Towner when I arrived. He knew the product and offered ideas after he listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. We narrowed down what best fit and he put me in a car for a short test drive. Ken did a great job helping us get an extended warranty from Ford in the price range we were looking for. Overall, I have absolutely no complaints about this fantastic dealership.
