We emailed additional questions and Josh responded typically in under 20 min. :). When we decided to purchase the vehicle, I expressed that time was an issue. He offered to run our credit and have the financing set up prior to our arrival to expedite the delivery. We traveled 100 miles to pick up the vehicle. It was a pleasure to arrive, test drive, sign papers and leave the dealership with our new vehicle all in about 1 hour.
