Both of them and especially Mr. Spencer seemed to be willing to do whatever it would take to close the deal. I as well as my mother purchased vehicles from Beau many years ago and it was enjoyable then and continued to be so. The only negative I have was after the sale when I ordered a bed liner sometime last week. I thought I was told it would be dlivered to the dealership in a couple of days, Could be my misunderstanding, I have heard nothing since. I intend to follow up on 9/3/14 to find out how long it will take for the liner to come and be installed. Again, this could well be my misunderstanding, I was told I would be informed when it was in the dealership. My F150 is a beautiful truck with a great ride and a lot of extras I have really enjoyed. I would not consider going to any other company, any other dealer, any other salesm Currently, I own a 2009 Fusion and Monday purchased a 2014 Escape. I would not consider going to any other company, any other dealer, any other salesman, so don't ever let Mark Tindall retire. When he gets to that age, just get him a rocking chair and a scooter to get around the lot, because I am sure,I am not the only loyal customer he has. I hated to give up the 2012 Fusion, but I outgrew it. The Escape really was a necessary purchase. In a couple of years the 09 will be paid off and I'll be back! More
