Unfortunately, Mike had a family engagement planned when we arrived, so he apologized and asked us if Tim Peffley could help us. I told Mike that I completely understood and that working with Tim would be fine. After all, we are the ones who arrived unexpectedly. Tim did an outstanding job understanding our needs and wants. He also helped us understand our wants wouldn't fall into the price range that we were looking for. Rather than leave it at that, he asked what our specific needs were. When we told him, he knew exactly what he could put us in that would fit the payments we were looking for. While Tim was working with Kevin Berger to find the best financing option, my wife and I were met with Mr. Beau Townsend. That was an unexpected surprise! Never before, in all of our years of purchasing vehicles, has the dealership owner took time to greet us and spend time talking with us.
