New car We had been looking for a few months for a new car. We knew we wanted a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT. It had to have certain accessories with it, had to b We had been looking for a few months for a new car. We knew we wanted a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT. It had to have certain accessories with it, had to be red, remote start, keyless entry, power hatch back and moon (don't know when they changed this from sun roof). We saw one on line at Beau Townsend and got a quote through email from Jeanine Bussard. We made an appointment and got with Connor Spencer when we arrived. We drove a few and looked at a few more. Connor was very polite and professional as the wife and I both had a lot of questions. He made several trips "out back" in the rain to get cars for us to drive. After all was said and done, we settled on the one that had everything we wanted. We chose Beau Townsend also because we had purchased another vehicle there 3 years ago and had used their service the whole time. All in all, we had a very good experience with the company, new car sales and service department. We were fortunate enough to have Connor as our rep, for a rookie, he did a fine job. More

Great service! I have been looking for cars for a while and we came across one on the BT website that was perfect, and was exactly what I was looking for. We saw the hours of operation and quickly drove to Vandalia to see the car. I guess service was slow, and everyone left early. Justin saw is pull in and stayed behind to help us. We went back the next day to test drive the car. He was extremely helpful with all the information he provided us. I never sensed that he was forcing us or pushing us to buy the car. Once I decided to go through with the purchase he was very aware of my time limits and worked with them as much as possible. I needed to come back the next day to finish the process with my mom, but it was Justin's day off. He came in and finished the process with us and stayed until everything was done. He was an exceptional salesman who truly values his customers. Our favorite part was how casually he dressed. My mom joked saying we wouldn't buy the car from him if he was wearing a tie. It made us feel more comfortable discussing information and working with him. More
