I had been to my previous dealer (where my salesman passed me to someone else on every deal I have done) and it almost seemed the fact I wanted to test a Mustang was a sort of a joke. Oh, and had to send a baby sitter with my wife and I (we are 66 and 69 years young). At Beau Townsend we were treated with respect, trusted to do a test drive on our own. Oh! and no one blowing cigarette smoke around while smarting off to me as at the other place. If I am again in the market again I will make BEAU TOWNSEND my one and only stop. More

Service Dept Disrespected my car! Scratched My NEW HUB CAPS Scratched my new hub caps all up! Now they look like crap! Got oil on my car and new floor mats and also when I went in to order paint for my car I no Scratched my new hub caps all up! Now they look like crap! Now when I went wash my car long and behold someone scratched the crap out my door Handel! Touched it all up! Had not had the car a week had go to shop for repair transmission! Not HAPPY ! Bobbie Sparks was the Service Rep who took care of our needs for many years. Now that he has moved on to Service Manager, Mike Taylor takes care of us.
