Dissatisfied Have a 2016 Ford Fusion within a year had acceleration problems took it in and it was undetectable because it wouldn't do it while they had my car. My car would just loose power and then just go again. I feared being rear ended. The problem ended. Well the problems back and now comes an additional problem with my transmission . So I rent a car, take it to the dealership, to have my paper work misplaced with an apology, when they finally looked at it, they determine they have other Ford Fusions with the same problems which again are undetectable because it won't do it when they have it, so they contact ford motor company and they don't t want to address the concerns. They tell me come get the car there's nothing they can do. So I have a car that's not two years old, that is dangerous, attempted to trade it in but not worth what I own so I'm stuck with a car I'm fearful to drive and no one cares. I bought New and an extended warranty so I felt I covered anything that could go wrong but who would of thought I would end up with this problem and no where to turn. Disappointed new car owner. More

The worst place to service your vehicle If you are happy with sales people, that's not gonna last long. Wait until you need service and that is gonna be very soon. Took my 2015 ford transit there after I heard a noise in the rear end. They told me they need couple days to diagnose the problem! After couple days called them and they never touched my Van. Although I waited for a week until my appointment time. That's the first thing. Couple days later called again they said that my problem was the rear axle. Gave me an estimation and then I agreed to fix it at the dealership. They said we need 2 to 3 business days to get the parts here. So, I waited three more days but the parts did not get to the dealer yet. One more day, they told me that the problem was not in the rear axle!!!!!!!!! They break down my rear axle after more than a week of holding my van and lied to me that they diagnosed the problem and lied to me about ordering the parts. Now, the problem not in my rear axel. After one more day, they decided that the problem is in the transmission. And the estimation was 8 thousands if they didn't need more parts, which means more than 8 thousands. I decided not to do the repair at the dealership. Talked to them that I am coming to get my van. They make me wait till afternoon. After I drove my van there was a horrible noise that was not before!!!!!!! Came back and talked to the service manager and he test drove it and decided I was right. They took the van back in to the service and worked on it again. The noise was better but the van never came back like I gave it to them. They ruined my rear axel and it still leaking and making noise. Called ford customer service. They told me we have nothing we can do for you as the dealership is not related to ford company!!!!!!!!!! Bottom line, if you have ford you are screwed. And if you need service, don't go to Beau Townsend. More

Best in Dayton I have bought several new cars as I dont keep them long, so I have dealt with many of the car dealers in the Dayton Area. (For Dodge/Jeep, I like Dave Dennis. For Chevrolet, I like Voss. This time, I had decided on Ford, so shopping for a Ford was new to me.) Almost all of the other dealers valued my trade in between 1000 and 5000 LESS than Kelly Blue Book. BT Ford did not try to pull that. I had expected the usual "bash my trade" game. Most car dealers do that. I dont like it at all. One dealer even went so far as to say my Town and Country Van was "missing" the rear seat so there was a "deduct". He did not know that T and C Vans have "stow and go" seats and the "missing seat" was folded up in the floor, and can be easily put up. My van was immaculate, and I knew it was worth full Kelly. When BT ford came back with full value of my trade, plus a hefty discount on their new car, I was so shocked I did not know what to say. So, I asked them if they would include a "remote start". To my great suprise, they said "Yes". I told them I would consider it and went home. I then contacted another Ford dealer out of town, who I trusted and also knew my van and had it appraised. I asked them if they could beat this deal. They could not come within 2000 dollars, and had no idea how BT Ford could sell it for that price. They treated me with respect, and the deal went smoothly. I still have no idea how they sold the car that low. I recommend Donovan Lowe, and Justin Rash. I think Justin is a manager, now. More
