First of all, I do not write reviews but my service experience was just unacceptable. My F150 has a chatter upon a cold start (a known issue with 3.5 EcoBoost Fords). I wrote on my drop off ticket to "check upon cold start". The service associate called and advised they would check it and after 2 calls to them, they finally admitted that they could not replicate the noise because a lot tech had already moved it. I asked for a rental since they would need to keep it longer and was advised they had none, due to the COVID issue. I proceeded to pickup my truck and when waiting on them to pull it around, I was presented with a 2019 F150 Ranch model (Not My Truck).I told the employee that it was not my truck and he said "OK" and walked away leaving it running. I finally had to go find someone, since everyone was leaving at 06:00 p.m. very promptly. This apparent supervisor was clearly upset and confused by this action. He stated, "Its a good thing I was still here". He offered me a weak apology before disappearing into the dealership. I went to Germain Ford and had a correct diagnosis and was issued a rental vehicle until my truck was completed. I recommend Germain Ford for any service related issues to all of you. More
Took my 2019 Ford F-150 into BT Ford as my rear taillight was filling up with water. Dan Danner was appointed as my service advisor and provided me with phenomenal service. He worked with the Ford corporation to ensure that the issue was corrected under warranty and his attitude and helpfulness was second to none throughout the entire process. Thank you Dan for the exceptional service, and I will be sure to return to BT Ford for all my servicing needs. More
Worst Experience ever Where do I even begin... Bought a 15 Ford escape with 55,000 mile last summer. The first few months were fine. But about 6 months later, while trying Where do I even begin... Bought a 15 Ford escape with 55,000 mile last summer. The first few months were fine. But about 6 months later, while trying to drive on the highway we got stuck going 120mph+ without being able to slow down. Definitely a scary moment. Beau Townsend was able to tow the vehicle to the service department. AFTER A MONTH of them having our car they said we needed to replace the engine which you'd think with only 55,000 miles on it and their supposed 120 point inspection they would catch something, guess not. Luckily the warranty covered it and the tow. However, the first two weeks or so of them having our car we had to get a rental and thought we were covered under warranty. NOT!!! Our service guy Brian said we would get reimbursed but after 5 months still nothing. Even when I called the last time, the female receptionist for the service department told me to not hold my breath on getting reimbursed for my rental. Guess their warranty isn't as true as they say. After nearly a month and a half, we finally got our car back and it was in worse condition than before. The wheel bearing was bad, the battery was dead and the vehicle drove worse than before it broke down. Needless to say it was a death trap. So the next day after getting it back we traded it in to another dealership. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone especially their service department. You'll never get your car back, if you do it'll be in worse shape than before!!!! More
My wife and I recently purchased a new Ranger truck. Being a skeptic I called figuring I was going to get turned down. Matthias invited me up and true to his word he was able to put me in a Ford Escape. He and his team really work with you as a customer to help you all they can. I would say to you next time you get a letter from them take it serious and go to Beau Townsend for your next vehicle. Thank you Mathias. Janie More
Charged for repair of manufacturer defect Certified Preowned f150 had a smell a short while after we bought it. Dealer cleaned it again. Smell came back. Found out the roof was leaking and headliner was covered in water stains. Called service, they knew exactly what it was, a defect. Took it in for repair, they charged us $87 to fix it and didn’t replace or clean the headliner. I have left 2 voicemails and no returned calls to me. Service guy just said he understood and was sorry and walked away. We have never had such horrible customer service at a dealership. More
xxxxxxx Salesperson. Ignorant Service Rep. I was not told the used car I bought from Beau Townsend Ford was in an accident with the previous owner. Only did I find out when trying to trade the I was not told the used car I bought from Beau Townsend Ford was in an accident with the previous owner. Only did I find out when trying to trade the vehicle in at another dealer did I find out. 5 year old car is starting to rust already. Bad factory install of gasket around rear window lift gate that leaks water when it rains. Their service department is not customer friendly. All they do is give excuses as to why they cant do what you would like them to do. All they want is for you to make an appointment, after appointment, after appointment to the point your car breaks down and then you definitely have to bring it in to get fixed and pay out the a$$. This is where these xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx of a so called dealership make their money. I cannot wait until I pay off this car and get a more quality car like a Dodge. Fords suck and so do the people that sell/fix them at this dealership. More

An accidental customer I was actually looking at the trucks at the Nissan dealership next to the Ford dealer (both owned by Beau Townsend). Decided to look at the F-150's an I was actually looking at the trucks at the Nissan dealership next to the Ford dealer (both owned by Beau Townsend). Decided to look at the F-150's and (of course) found the truck I was looking for. THis was a Sunday evening, so I sent a message to the dealership referencing the stock # of the vehicle I was interested in. Before 9am Monday I had an email and a phone call from Holly in customer service. She found the vehicle I was interested in, and indicated she would give my name and phone number to the sales manager, since there are some salesmen who specialize in trucks, and some in cars. Justin Jacobs contacted me, we exchanged necessary information regarding my potential trade and agreed on a price, less down payment and trade. I live approx 1 hour away, so we set up an appointment for me to test drive the truck and give them a chance to examine the trade in vehicle. At the eleventh hour I was called in to work and had to reschedule. Justin was very flexible. Dollar amounts and financing was seamless and easy. Both parties walked away with a win, as it should be. I cannot say enough good things or recommend this dealership (and Justin in particular) highly enough. The professionalism, speed and flexibility were very much appreciated. More

When we showed up for our appointment we were immediately passed off to someone we never heard of through our emails with USAA representative of the dealer. The car we wanted to see was not ready. We were also asked some routine sales type questions about what kind of car we were looking for. After we had all ready been in contact with the other person for over a month. It was like we never existed before to the dealer. We were told the car we wanted to see was sold and when we asked why were we not told before got here (we were there first thing in the morning) the salesman told us how they "sell hundreds of cars a day and it is hard to keep track". Very rude and we almost walked out until we found out he was talking about a different vehicle that we had mentioned we would be interested in seeing, but it was not our primary requested vehicle. The vehicle we wanted to look at had not been pulled out and of the parking spot it was in. The doors would only open about 12 inches. The salesman got us the keys and said "you can pull it out". I jestered to the doors and he said "I'll do it" while he wedge himself through the door and rubbing on all the external painted surfaces. That seemed very unprofessional. We did our own test drive and was only asked "do you have any questions". No details were offered on the vehicle at all or anything the dealership offered as far as service contracts or anything that would make this the place to buy the car. Despite all this it was still the car we wanted and we went inside to see what kind of price they would give us. They would only give us what USAA said was the USAA member price (according to true car it was just above average for that model with those options). They would not entertain anything less and offered not incentive to buy from them instead of somewhere else (that had the same vehicle for less but was not a "USAA prefferred dealer"). At least twice during the "negotiations" the saleman laughed at us when we asked for a different price. To illustrate their inability to be professional we asked them to lower the price by $1,214 dollars. And they would not budge. It is a brand new car and the price they qouted was at the top of spectrum for this vehicle (new ford explorer sport with everything). They had no interest in servicing our needs, were rude, and unprofessional. We walked out and the next day bought the exact same vehicle for the exact same price they wanted... only at Germaine Ford instead because they treated us with respect and were genuinely interested in helping us. Don't go to this $h!tty dealer. More
