We wnt looking for a truck 6. 5 bed with 5.0L engine. We called first to see if they had 1. We were told they had 2. So we went to see them and test drive. We settled on 1 that was 5 bed with 5.0L engine. We called first to see if they had 1. We were told they had 2. So we went to see them and test drive. We settled on 1 that was 6.5 bed and we thought it was 5.0 L motor. We ttaded in our older truck. We 6500 for it. This happened on tuesday. On friday we found out the truck only had a 2.7L motor. So we were lied to. Then we took the truck back on friday. We asked for our truck back. But they wanyed us to pay an additional 3000 more then they gave us for it... they washed it and spray paoned the rust spots.... I will never deal with them again... rude people. This manager did not even care. More

My experiences with the service department have been, almost without exception, superb, including my most recent visit, for my 2020 Eco Sport Titanium 4wd 60k service. It was determined that a 4-wheel al almost without exception, superb, including my most recent visit, for my 2020 Eco Sport Titanium 4wd 60k service. It was determined that a 4-wheel alignment check was due, because of time, and uneven tread wear was detected, and adjustments were necessary. I expected this to take longer than it did, but all the work was completed sooner than I expected, and my Ford Rewards Points covered everything! Sweet, indeed! :) More

We were greeted promptly by our salesman Chad Mason. We had already done our research and knew what we were looking to buy. He showed us every truck that met our criteria. He answered all of our questions, then he left us to continue looking and discussing on our own. He told us if we wanted to test drive one to just call him and he would walk the keys and tag out to us. No pressure what so ever. After the test drive we went inside to discuss the numbers. Again, no pressure. We ended up purchasing the truck that day. Our finance manager, Connor Spencer gave us the best rate and was very knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier with our new truck and it was a great experience! We highly recommend Beau Townsend Ford! More
