I purchased my car from you 13 years ago, and have always had it serviced at Beau Townsend, and never had a complaint, but this time I will admit that I was not very happy when I left there. First I was cha had it serviced at Beau Townsend, and never had a complaint, but this time I will admit that I was not very happy when I left there. First I was charged almost $200. to tell me I needed a part that was worth more than my car. I was told that I was not only paying for the mechanic, but everyone else that was sitting in the office, not good, you might want your employees to rephrase that. Then when I go to pay, I was informed that there would be a 3% charge to use my debit/credit card. I understand why business are adding this charge, but don’t you think that it should be told to you before you pick up your car so that you can have a choice of paying cash. With the price of having a vehicle serviced, it’s not just change we’re talking about. More

This dealership, unlike others, gives very personal attention to customers, and excellent work on their vehicles. I have never had to take any of the four vehicles I bought from Townsend back for a r attention to customers, and excellent work on their vehicles. I have never had to take any of the four vehicles I bought from Townsend back for a redo, or for a quality of workmanship complaint. Sales is so very well informed, and informative, on all of the new software buyers must now contend with. Service works through AI on vehicles like a warm knife through butter. More
