He will go above and beyond to teach you about the vehicle and is truly knowledgeable about his product. I have been disappointed in the service department. My husband bought a used F250 from Beau Townsend last year with the $3k extended warranty. The truck has had various issues and the extended warranty has not covered any of them. As a matter of fact, the truck comes out with more issues than it went in with. Because of this we refused the extended warranty on the brand new Bronco we purchased and will take it anyone else for service if needed. More

Beth in Service has done a wonderful job in communicating with me as to the status of my warranty engine rebuild. I was disappointed that Ford would not provide me with a loaner car for the entire time whil with me as to the status of my warranty engine rebuild. I was disappointed that Ford would not provide me with a loaner car for the entire time while my engine was being rebuilt, but at least I had one for the first 10 days. At this writing, I'm still waiting for my car to be returned to me, so I cannot say below how satisfied I will be with the end result. More
