I came in because my daughter had picked up her new Ford Edge the day before and was really happy with it and with Donovan. This was a whole new process and I found everyone to be very helpful from Donovan (Sales) to Keith (Finances) to Justin (The Sync man). They all were wonderful. I love my new car - the ride is smooth and fantastic. Everything works (some things as soon as I learn how to work them) and it smells great - love that "new car" smell. Donovan is a great salesman because he is low-key - no pushy, agressiveness that I hate. He was kind, respectful and considerate. Great qualities in a salesperson and in a man. Excellent from start to finish. Bought 2 vehicles at the same time and this was a textbook example of how buying a vehicle should be. Ford should require this from all of their dealers. These last 2 purchases from Beau Townsend Ford 200 miles away was easier then dealing with the local ford dealer in Washington Pa. More
