Selection was great. After the fact, I believe I did not get a fair price and paid more than I should have. I received the $2K retail customer cash discount and $750 discount, did not get the $1K FX4 luxur get a fair price and paid more than I should have. Lastly with previously owning Chevrolet and Toyota, I thought all trucks came with some type of bed liner. Apparently Ford does not. Would have been nice to know or even had the option to buy from Beau Townsend. More
Beau Townsend continues to be a dealership where every person, whether sales or service, is plain-spoken, professional and makes me feel like a valuable client and intelligent car shopper. I have purchased my last five autos at Beau Townsend because I do not like juvenile advertisements like Hidy Honda's, or the pushy salesmanship of other dealers & used car lots. Beau Townsend feels classy, is generally affordable, has local appeal, and runs intelligent advertisements. I like Ron Burton (bought two Escapes in the past 5 months from him) because he is a normal guy, doesn't "hawk" you, and allows you to take your time. Beau Townsend's service and Ford's style & quality is the only reason I haven't purchased a Lexus. One other comment: in the drop-down box in this survey, where you select "How did you hear about us", DealerRater should have the entry "Repeat customer". More

I went into this experience with an open mind, because I wasn't positive I would buy, since it would be in addition to the SUV and when I wanted it! We found our overall experience as simply great. We were greeted before we were in the building, which at first impression thought it might have been a little to much. The next day we brought down a spare key to the car we had traded in but before we left home I noticed a chip in the windshield that we had not noticed when we bought the car. When we showed it to Joe he got with someone and arrangements were made to have it replaced and even had it done at our home. More
I stopped in at the end of the day about 15 minutes before closing to buy a car my husband had found on line.
