We rated Beau Townsend Ford great for two reasons - the Product and the Sales Professional (Joe Petty). I've had it for almost a year and it has been absolutely problem free. It's a great vehicle, and our plan right now is to buy another one next year when the lease on my wife's car (Sorento) is up. Now we've added a 2010 Focus that is in immaculate condition. I'm pretty sure we'll be very happy with it over the next several years. Our relationship with Joe goes back 10 years and now four different vehicles (2 new Muranos, a used Dodge and now the 2010 Focus). Bottom line, Joe gives the term "car salesman" a good name. He's personable, friendly, knows what he's doing and goes out of his way to help figure out what you want and what you need. He makes the buying process easy.
