We purchased our new Lincoln Town Car from another dealership three hours from our home. The A/C did not seem to be working correctly. We call Beau Townsend and were given an appointment promptly dealership three hours from our home. The A/C did not seem to be working correctly. We call Beau Townsend and were given an appointment promptly...no questions about where the car was purchased, etc. They were ready to service the car when we arrived at the appointment time. Eugene was courteous and listened to our problems. The wait was very reasonable and the waiting area comfortable. Gene explained what appeared to be the problem and they had taken action to correct. We were asked to return for a follow up in three weeks to insure there were no leaks in the A/C line. We did that today and received the same great service. I would recommend Beau Townsend to friends. Gene and everyone we dealt with were very nice. More
