Always have had a very successful experience with your service department. Jack has always taken care of me and has done so in a very quality and thorough manner. I am planning to buy new all season tires for my Flex from BT thru Jack as your prices are better than Tire Rack and far less hassle. Also bought my Flex as well and as F350 from Mike Turner and was absolutely great in every wasy! Thanks to both of them. More

Went in for a scheduled oil change. The service tech who greeted us when we pulled in didn't even say "hello", didn't look at us, and asked do you have an appointment? The 1st price that I was told was $30,000 then we took it for a test drive and we found out that he had made a mistake on his amount. It was $3000 more but we still like the SUV.
