I went to look at the new 2013 Escapes. I had seen the 20913 at the car Show in Dayton. They only had two 2013 Escapes on the lot so he ordered ours. I wanted red and they didn't have one. He went over everything on ordereing and what we wanted. When we picked it up he went over everything on the Escape. When we were ready to leave he told me to call about any questions that I had. I also brought at Beau Townsend because they have an excellent maintance shop. They also are close to where we live. I was disappointed with the price offered for my trade in. Your website lists a link to the Kelley Blue Book, and an email arrives with the pricing that shoudl be offered from a dealer. Quite a few years back, a friend bought a Ford Escort from Tim Peffley and I was so impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of everyone involved in the transaction that I promised Tim that if I ever bought a Ford, I would come back to him. The Ford tagline of "Quality is Job One" is just as relevant now as it ever was and is demonstrated in the dedication and commitment to the customer. Why the high marks? Because the entire experience was one of "We're here for you". I felt at though I bought a car from a favorite uncle instead of from a dealer! More
