I had been looking for an all black 2024 Lincoln Navigator and found the exact build I wanted at Beau Townsend Ford Lincoln. I emailed Mike Myers and he promptly replied. We setup a day for me to Navigator and found the exact build I wanted at Beau Townsend Ford Lincoln. I emailed Mike Myers and he promptly replied. We setup a day for me to come to the dealership, test drive the vehicle and go through the buying process. Mike is knowledgeable and helped me through the process. After we went to Finance and the deal was done Mike took me through the vehicle to show me how all the buttons and functions work, gave me his contact info & the GM even stopped by the talk to me. First time buying here and the dealership is very clean and professional. Overall great experience and I was able to get the vehicle I needed/wanted. More

Car was towed to the lot 2 days before the date scheduled for service. Day of service got email saying we missed the appointment. We called and drove up to the dealership and once they realized it was there. for service. Day of service got email saying we missed the appointment.
