Tom and Brant were both awesome! Brant went above and beyond by coming to my house and helping me with my garage remote, visor control. Their customer service is terrible and everything is overpriced. I'm never dealing with them again except on recalls. Their service people are just plain rude. Will be taking our business elsewhere. Had no problem with the work on my vehicle but not happy having 3% added to my bill due to using my credit card. If I had known this, I would brought my check book and wrote a check. I am a long time custom having 3% added to my bill due to using my credit card. If I had known this, I would brought my check book and wrote a check. I am a long time customer but not sure if I will continue being one. If Beau Townsend can't afford to pay your credit card fee, then put a sign up stating that you only take cash or check. More
