He said oh please just bring it back now so we can see what may be the problem. Unfortunately I had to be at home for an appointment. Promptly on Monday the 20th after keeping the car parked in my driveway all weekend - I call the Service Department back and Chet said come on in we will look it over and see what we can do to help. I arrived 15 minutes later and within a few minutes - Chris had looked over the problem and the under carriage had come loose under the car. Chris did a quick fix to get me back on the road. Chris and the service guys (Rob, Tanner and Darrell) were helpful in so many ways to help me out has really scored with me. I will be back to have my oil changed and other services such as fixing the under carriage. I was told an estimate before I left and it was really reasonable. THANK YOU SO MUCH CHRIS, DEREK P., CHET, DARRELL, TANNER. ROB AND MOST OF ALL TODD ARCHER FOR EMPLOYING GUYS WHO GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! Second chance Had a fog lamp go out on a 2017 Elantra. Service Department said I had a rodent issue on a car I purchased less the 45 days ago. Anyway, they wanted to charge me $150 for a $30 job. I said no thank you. Took it somewhere privately and found the connector missing now. So here I sit back at Todd Archer. Understanding my frustration, Chet stepped up to the plate. Employees that care are a dime a dozen. He offered to fix the situation on the spot. No charge for the missing part. No charge for service. And most importantly, he restored my faith in the Service Department. I will be back. It was worth giving Todd Archer a 2nd chance. More

Took it to get serviced only to find out that Todd Archer Purchased a 2011 bmw with extended warranty, a year later the service engine light came on. Took it to get serviced only to find out that Todd Archer doesnt have the equiptment to run diagnosis on my vehicle, that they sold me, so they had me take it to BMW dealership. Diadnosis alone is $170, a tie back claise in the warranty says the repairs must be done at Todd Archer, well they said they would authorize repairs to be done at BMW however I am still waiting!!! 10 days later!!! No loaner car and no one can tell me when the repairs will be authorized!!! I spoke to 5 people today! No of them could help me... More
car services, selling and buying a vehicle I have been a long time customer of Todd Archer Hyundai since 2010 when I purchased my Hyundai Santa Fe brand new. I have not had any major engine is I have been a long time customer of Todd Archer Hyundai since 2010 when I purchased my Hyundai Santa Fe brand new. I have not had any major engine issues with the vehicle up until last week when the throttle body had to be replaced. Going on 96,000 miles, I could foresee more issue start to happen. That is just the nature of a car that is seven years old and has 96,000 miles on it. I decided that I needed to start looking at purchasing a new vehicle soon. As I was leaving the dealership, I saw a vehicle that I have been doing research on for the last year and decided to test drive it. By the end of the day, I purchased the vehicle and am very glad I did. The people at Todd Archer Hyundai were so nice and offered me a deal I could not pass up. I have to give a special thank you to Phil who was outstanding in helping me make a big decision with the purchase. My husband was glad too when all said and done. He loves the new car. Thank you for helping me into a great newer car, even though I miss my Hyundai.......your service over the years has been great and I look forward to returning to your dealership for all my future car needs. More
