I used live in Bellevue, only couple minutes away from your place and since couple years ago I moved to West Omaha. I drive almost 30 minutes depending on traffic to go to your place for my oil change and any other needed vehicle repairs. I am doing so and will continue doing so because you are keeping satisfied and providing me with excellent customer service. Mr. Darrel Rutherford provides magnificent customer service which keeps me coming back! Also, I am thinking about getting a new vehicle in the near future and of course strongly considering going to you first than anyone else for new vehicle. The main reason is customer service. It is been said that “Happy customers who get their issue resolved tell 5 to 7 people about their experience. So that’s a way to significantly influence the word of mouth about a business” I am a Happy customer thanks to the wonderful service that Mr. Rutherford and his team provide! I hope the management team realizes what a wonderful asset to their business Mr. Rutherford is along with other very nice gentleman like Mike, Matt and some other team members in the service department. RUN AROUND. ANSWERING MACHINE HEAVEN. NOT COVERED They sold a vehicle to a 19 year old that had past issues that they guaranteed had been fix with no problems in the last couple of years. We purchased the 3 yr BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty "JUST IN CASE" well the car has been in twice with a MOTOR problem to be fixed in the few shorts months that we have owned it. Both times the part that was needed was NOT covered under the BUMPER TO BUMPER. The worst part is hundreds of dollars, two repairs and weeks with out a vehicle (they failed to mention that the car to drive if the bumper to bumper was ever needed does not apply to him since he is 19) IT IS STILL NOT FIXED! THATS RIGHT STILL NOT FIXED. I guess I can see if the third MOTOR part that I will now need will be covered under the BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty. ANSWERING MACHINES and long response times abound in this calculated (they know what they are doing) business scheme. HAVE FUN, you've been warned More
