Maintenance Went in for routine maintenance and was told they couldn't change the oil because it wasn't at 15,000 miles but they changed air filter rotated tires Went in for routine maintenance and was told they couldn't change the oil because it wasn't at 15,000 miles but they changed air filter rotated tires and the rest. They called the next week and said i needed to bring back for the oil change. After lots of confusion spoke with manager who assured me that air filters were changed everthing but the oil. I pulled the air filter and it was not chsnged. My recommendation, when you pick your car up have them pop the hood and pull the new filter and show you. Don't trust them. More

WORST SERVICE EVER I took my Toyota corolla today 03/18/2019 to BEAMAN TOYOTA, simply because my pristine kept TOYOTA COROLLA 2011 (82K), had started to show a pattern. I took my Toyota corolla today 03/18/2019 to BEAMAN TOYOTA, simply because my pristine kept TOYOTA COROLLA 2011 (82K), had started to show a pattern. Such was, that between 40 and 70 mph even with cruise control, the car all of a sudden slows downs. It is literally like if you lift your foot from the gas pedal for 1 2 or 3 seconds, and then picks up again. This happens, uphill, downhill, flat highway or what have you. Well the " certified Toyota mechanic" final decision was that I had to change transmissions....simple as that. Not to change a gear, or an electronic component or else. Your transmission is no good and you have to pay $ 4.200,00 for a new one. REALLY....? This is the type of answer from a place like BEAMAN TOYOTA? Needless to say, I already had the car checked and ALL different mechanics had say that it was a PCM or ECM calibration or re calibration issue.Then, they keep on lying like we are all xxxxxx like their answers, and say that, that is why my transmission is slipping,......!!!!!who the xxxx say my transmission was slipping????? WHICH IS NOT!!!! why you keep lying and don't just ADMIT you don know how to fix the issue?. That's like taking a PC to a technician for a virus removal and his answer was to format the hard drive to fix it? why the xxxx are you a technician then if you can't isolate a problem????. People warn me about this place, but I went against better judgement and this is what you get. The customer service person in the morning was cool and helpful but sadly they don't quite know how to explain or handle situations like this, specially since the don't have the answers. This same thing happen where you paid. Nobody will talk to you or give you answers....they just slip responsibilities and charge you money. I asked to talk to the mechanic since a work in a car dealership and my mechanics had checked the car, and of course Toyota customer service said "it was not allowed". No "chief engineer or supervisor or NOBODY from this place face the situation. So I will pass this situation and my nonconformity all the way to Japan if I have too, but some companies have to stop just charging to replace rather than to fix and take better care of CUSTOMERS for a brand that has pride itself on being the most reliable in the world. More

I received excellent and professional service. When I drove my car in I was met by Eric Heflin who was wonderful!
