Dumpster fire It’s pretty well a xxxx show in the service department. I feel bad for the employees in there. When the tech you’re assigned to isn’t there you just kinda try to find someone to help. I will say that the gentleman who helped me get my vehicle went out of his way to do so. He was the first desk. But besides him it was a mess. More
Non working ignition key I was thrilled with Matthew & your receptionist but have to tell you I picked my car & only one key works I ended up calling AAA the next morning thi I was thrilled with Matthew & your receptionist but have to tell you I picked my car & only one key works I ended up calling AAA the next morning thinking I had a battery problem but they showed me only one key works.. This is disappointing because I paid for a new key & also paid your locksmith to re work the ignition & Matt said they both worked but only one does. I will call MATT tomorrow More
Quick courteous painless. Dropped car off and I was quickly taken home. I was called, given my options, and the repairs were quickly done. Outstanding organization I was especially impressed by the friendly concerned attitude of the service writer who greeted me. The driver Steve Ledbetter was knowledgeable and allowed me to direct him into my office building parking garage where I could debsrk out of the rain. Not all maintenance was completed after almost 4hr. wait I had called the day before to schedule a oil change and tire rotation and to replace a fan motor due to a Toyota recall. I was told they didn't have the part and would need to order and call me when it arrived to reschedule to replace the fan motor. This is the 2nd time I have tried to replace the motor and was told the same thing the first time I tried to have it replaced. When I arrived for my oil change and tire rotation the next day. The part was in stock. I had a coupon for the oil change which I assume I got. I was charged for the tire rotation but they did not rotate the tires. I questioned the charges but he said the oil change was $102.80. I know I was overcharged for one the tires were not rotated. Not happy with the service I received unethical at the very least More
