I did buy a brand new Rav 4 on 1-17 and I found it 3 issues 1- the engine sound is very high 2- the driver door not sealed right 3- the tail lights not line up so far so I did arrange an appointme issues 1- the engine sound is very high 2- the driver door not sealed right 3- the tail lights not line up so far so I did arrange an appointment on 2-15 to fix it But after waiting for around 3 hours they told me that they fixe the first and second issues and the third one will order a part to change so they will call me to arrange an another appointment to fix it to me So I am waiting someone to call me but no one call me and when I called them back and told them that they should to call me back to fix the third issue and the first and second issue not fixed even it still as is So I start to hear some hassle that my car is already fixed , they need to finish paperwork to fix it and when I told them that I will post my comment they said ok come and we will fix it so we did arrange another appointment in 2-21 and after waiting for another 3 hours the technician come out and said that they didn’t fix any thins and they need me to go there for third time And when I asked to meet with the manager to give him all of that because I expect that when it will come to the manager it will be solved but I meet with one was very rude to me and aggressive and talking to me while he was sitting on his chair and I standing in front of him an was waving to me so I told him you need to respect your customer to sit down with me in one of the table or speaking to me while you stand and giving me some care but actually he do not care and call me another manager so I didn’t find any professional action yet So I asked to meet with the dealership director so I met with someone called Tyler and he told me that he is the customer relations director and at this point I think that everything will solve but nothing solve but what I found a very powerful aggressive person I did met in the world who doesn’t care about anything or about the big name which he works for like Toyota or about the customer who he hired to serve And director Tyler he just come to attack me and I have to listen to whatever he said and decided or go away from the dealership he said to me that he has the top word at the dealership and no one can say anything after him and he give me the impression that he is the GOD of the place and when I walked with him to check the car I found a scratch in the step of the driver door which they tried to fix it and when I mentioned it to him he said to me that they didn’t cause that and told me that I didn’t tell the truth and I caused this scratch so I asked him to revise the camera of the body shop , he said that they didn’t have a camera at this area so I asked him so why you admit that your technician didn’t do that while you don’t have a camera to be sure about it but he didn’t answer that and ignored it Actually I been frustrated before I met with him but after I met with him I felt that I was between Some people didn’t know how to serve this big name Toyota and serve the customer and just took my money because they were very welcome when they tried to sell the car to me and now they don’t care about an issue with a brand new care and don’t give the service which the should give it to the customer after they sold the car So when I told Mr.Tyler the director of the customer relations that I will call the hotline for Toyota to complain to them about your service, he give me a big smile that he doesn’t care which give me the indication that he is a powerful person and not one can do anything with him so I already called the hotline and registered my complaint and have the case number Now I think you choose the wrong person for this position so please I am talking to Toyota now , you need to take an action towards this powerful person who will cause that you will lose a lot of customer and you can revise the dealership cameras to be sure from all what I said because when you talk to him of course, he will not said what the true and what’s already happened as what he said to the person on the hotline And I if I didn’t find any action from you as a Toyota, I will spreading my bad experience everywhere and for everyone and at all the media Now I still have the same issues and I have a third visit to the dealership ship on 2-24 to try to fix any or not and they did not fix the scratch which they already cause it I am waiting for a proper action which I should expect from a big name like Toyota More
