Don't waste your time or money Avg wait for an oil change with an appointment is about 4 hrs. Service advisors leave before car is returned, and the communication is atrocious. Wrongfully charged me for a battery replacement and installation, a couple months later, this discrepancy was found by another Toyota Dealership. Nashville locals know there is no reason to any conduct business here unless you want to waste your time, money, and energy trying to communicate with them. More

I was told that it would be a $100 plus tax charge to diagnose the cause and that I would b The "check engine" light came on my 2013 Rav4 on 3/18/17. I was told that it would be a $100 plus tax charge to diagnose the cause and that I would be notified if different. Luckily, it was a loose gas cap. I was charge $105 for for the diagnostics, 15.75 for supplies and sales taxes for a total of $131.92. The gas cap was not replaced, just tightened, More
Salesman very helpful customer service horrible After paying tax ,title and license fees received tags for another County with a letter stating that I would have to go to my county and pay for wheel After paying tax ,title and license fees received tags for another County with a letter stating that I would have to go to my county and pay for wheel tax sticker . When I call to ask about this was told that they dont go to my county which is only 16 miles from the dealer , Ashland city but they go to ever other County touching davidson and that it was out of there control. So after arguing with the manager I was told they would go get me the sticker which did not change the county on the license plate. So at this point am quite upset about the service and I go back to the dealer to talk to another manager about this who procedes to go get the other manager to continue to argue about this again. Finally they tell me when I get older that I would understand how things work. Im 45 years old and have never been so disgusted with customer service. I will never purchase anything from them again and if I could I would return the car. More
