I was upset because I expected my car back around 3 but got automated call at 7 that it was ready. We rushed down but they were closed! I had to hire Uber to get home. I have never been so disappointed in the way I was talked by someone who claimed as a “higher up”. K off the phone with Bo from the sales department. Kept talking over me and would not let me explain myself, actually talked louder into the phone so he could state his option which was “that’s just the way things are” when confronting him that only a select few of his workers were wearing mask. SEND THOSE IGNORANT WORKERS HOME. You do not need to be putting others at risk with your stupidity. I will never recommend this place to anyone, I would actually tell people to stay 100 yards from this snake scheme of a business. More
