I drove over four and a half hours to purchase a vehicle in March 2019 from Beaman Toyota. The salesman could not find the extra key, the remote for the DVD player and the Navigation SD card that came with vehicle at the time it was traded in, all of which I was promised would be sent to me within 10 days. Well, three years later, I'm still waiting. I'm contacting them 2 to 3 times a week and was given the same response, that the items will be sent within a few days. Now they are refusing to answer my calls. I have left several voice messages and email messages that are being ignored. I hope this is not the way they treat all of their customers. The only outcome that will resolve this issue is for Beaman Toyota to send the items to me via FedEx next delivery More
This is our third vehicle purchase with Beaman Toyota. Each time the experience has been fantastic, but they somehow manage to keep improving. Scheduled an appointment for service in advance, and selected I’ll be waiting. Arrived to the dealer and was told we would have to reschedule because they didn’t have time. There’s plenty of dealers in the area that would be happy to have this new Toyota owner. I won’t waste my time again with Beaman. More
Beaman really sucks Now! We went to there today for car routine maintenance. It ended up we paid $1157 even after 10% discount! What we received was non oil changes but tire rotation (supposed to be free but charged $24.95), brake fluid exchange (not sure if it is really needed), transmission fluid exchange (don’t know if it is required), performance cooling system services (said it has two of them for Prius). The Lab-Mechnical charge is $724.61. We have been with Beaman Toyota for over 20 years. Now they treat each customer like a one time visitor. This is sad and really bad. More
Scheduled service with a service rep over the phone. Utilized the early drop off at 5am for my appointment at 6am. When I arrived back at 7:15am my vehicle had not moved. I went in to enquire and they had no booked appointment for me in their system. They (Corky) said he would put it in line (with an "I'm doing you a big favor, because you screwed up not us" tone) and that it would take 2.5 hrs. This is not the first time I have had issues with Beaman service or Corky. I don't understand why he hasn't been put in the dark parts cage away from people because he has zero customer orientation. Four years ago when I first started going to Beaman for service, I gave them an excellent rating, which was well deserved. However, something bad has happened with Service (I am looking at you Beaman Senior management). Don't even get me started about a mechanic keeping my custom lug key. Thanks for the promises to replace it, but you never did. I realized this morning that every time I go in I am expecting the worst. Beaman has delivered on that time and time again. This is a breakup message Beaman, hopefully others read this and won't make the same mistake I did. Good bye beaman. More
I’ve been a long time customer and have purchased many vehicles however will never buy any more vehicles there again. Apparently since the ownership change customer service does not exist. I had a scheduled service appointment for basic oil change and tire rotation for a given time. When I arrived was told it would be between 3 to 4 hours later before work could be done. As a customer, l had a bad experience with Beaman customer service. I visited Beaman Toyota, Broadway in Nashville Tennessee, Jan 2022. I called before l went and told them my credit score. They guy told me to come on in because they work with different credit scores. When l got there they treated me with disrespect because of my credit. The talked to me like a child and belittled me. The car l wanted was $43,000 and l was told to put down $30,000. I felt disrespected by that comment. I had $2000 to $4000 to put down. So the guy there lied to me about working with all credits. I regret why l wasted my time visiting this place. This is my last time trying to buy a car at Beaman. More
