Thank you for your review. Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience this may have caused. The information to complete your paperwork was sent to the DMV Processing Center in Indiana. In that state, it is necessary to have a vehicle inspection and visit the local DMV to obtain the paperwork to complete the registration. The process is different from our state and perhaps we could have been more helpful to you if we had been more familiar with their process. We appreciate your patience and it is our understanding that you now have your registration. Thank you for your understanding and for your business.
